Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Puerto Rico.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 days and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs & Taxes

As Puerto Rico is part of the United States customs territory, no additional custom fees apply for shipments to the mainland U.S. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout, where applicable.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays) may occasionally occur. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons.
